Breast
reduction is a surgical procedure in which the size of
breast is reduced by removing excess breast tissue and
skin.
It is indicated when the big breasts are the cause of
social embarrassment, physical ailment like shoulder pain,
back pain, postural changes or intertrigo.
It is done under general anesthesia and 2-3 days stay
is advised depending upon the amount of reduction required. |
